Bump on butterfly

Have noticed butterfly fish has recently developed a lump on side close to head. Picture attached. No other issues and is eating and acting normal. Is this from bullying? Something I need to qt?

How long have you had the fish? It could be Lymphocystis (which doesn’t need to be treated) or from a bump or scrape, which only needs to be treated if it becomes infected. It is not flukes or protozoan, so that’s good. If you can get a clearer picture, it would help.
One thing - I see that it appears to be very thin behind its head, or is that a shadow? CB’s are notorious for gradually getting skinny, so slowly that people who see them every day may not even notice.

Yes he is skinny. No blood worms anywhere “according LFS covid”

Butterfly survived. Appears to have burst and is now healed on its own.
