Cade Chaos Grimoire

That thing has a mouth ,looks like it can eat things twice it's size ,did I miss it ? what is it ?... :thinking-face: :)
orange toadfish, he definitely can eat things twice his size :face-with-tears-of-joy:
Looks like a little demon fish who’s tired of everyone’s crap :face-with-tears-of-joy:

I love it.
my spirit animal :face-with-tears-of-joy:

If he won't eat frozen, I'm getting saltwater mollies for the cube and letting them breed in there, they'll be good w/ the seahorses and help with algae control and I can feed the babies off to him in the next tank.

Rhino blenny came out for breakfast. Terrible photo.

Thought I'd share how this colony looks today. They've been in the tank since Wednesday.

On day one and even yesterday morning it was just little white speckles. Almost looked like eggs laid on red sponge.

Everyone is just starting to wake up in that tank. Just saw the royal gramma and the possum wrasse, foxy just came out, etc. Usually only the stripey and marine betta greet me when I'm first up and it takes a little for everyone else to catch up. The striped blenny was out with the other two. Hopefully we have no battles between the striped and rhino in the week or so before I move the striped over.
My Fang(Striped) left my Starry and Lawnmower alone.

It's the rhino that I got warnings about with others, but so far they haven't been anywhere near each other.

Hoping you have the day off today... ;) :)
Not until Wednesday, which I was supposed to have a Dr appt I'm sure will be cancelled due to Milton

This one looks to be a more direct hit. Are you guys able to get prep work done in between working? Let us know if you need anything. Looks like mid to end of week could get a little crazy.

Husband luckily works from home and is salary on top of it, told his team he'll be in and out.

Are you guys by the coast or more inland?
About 15-20 min from Hernando Beach - depending on traffic at the time. I forget, where are you again?
I think I need to get the shutters up, this thing has 180mph winds right now!!:flushed-face: I'm about 3-4 miles from the gulf
We're trying to decide on shutters ourselves... Waiting for it to straighten out so we know where it's hitting for sure. The longer it hangs out by the Yucatan Peninsula, the further north they expect it to land. Good news is as it approaches we can expect a drop in wind speeds, this is going to be a wet storm though so if you're close enough to the gulf where surge is a concern that'll be what you need to plan for. We're far enough above sea level (despite being close to the coast) that we're outside of all evac zones and we're not in a flood/surge risk area.

Pretty much everyone from Citrus County down to Ft Myers area needs to watch local guidelines and listen to what's said. Even if winds slow down as expected, it's likely going to be rough and so much of our ground is still oversaturated from the surge with Helene.

We have some of our old neighbors from Oldsmar coming to stay with us to avoid the surge risk.

winds were 100mph when we spoke this morn, cannot believe 180 at 4 pm... :pleading-face:
