Cade Chaos Grimoire

I kno some peope put pod hotels into the sump and shake them in the DT to release a bunch of pods to in order to feed mandarins , might be worth trying. I just shook a bunch of chaeto to release pods for my CBB cuz he is picky as well lol
I've thought about it before, but to be honest I have assorted bags of rubble that should function in the same way. And the ATS has a space for them anyway.

Dusky & canary are too efficient. I think.

wrong kind of pods if you're buying bottles of them.
Nah, bagged mess of them. Combo assortment from reef cleaners. Same thing that seeded and took off in the 4g from like a capfull the last time I bought it for the big tank.

both of mine are amphipod hotels.
i pull out clumps of algae to feed the fox and tomini and there's pods hiding in it.
the other fish make short work of them when they get exposed.

Aren't those the ones that get problematic? I guess they'd have to have a chance to overpopulate for that to happen though....

Never had a problem with smog but like you said if you don’t have fish to eat them then who knows. Fairy and other wrasse want chunky pods like amphipods. Easy to see them too

Aquarium Depot is local. Next time they're running a pod deal I'll grab from them. I know they're packed with amphipods.

You definitely have some good pod hunters up in there!

Places my first order with them last week for the bogo pod deal.

currently the baby cbb in the tub is only eating the amphipods. haven't noticed a reduction in aips yet and currently doesn't eat frozen. and who can blame it. i'm choosing fresh over frozen every time.
This one is eating great, everything I put into qt. Medicated or not.

last time i was at the lfs they had one of these.

i've thought about it...... 1x.
My absolute favorite fish in my tank. Do it.

possibly if it's there next time.
i think it was priced at $80.
What size? They're getting more common and easier to find now. There have been a number of successful breeding endeavors to my understanding
