I've had nothing but issues with them since this process started. The team that made my cade1200 lid ran behind but they communicated it and were super responsive every step of the way.

Unfortunately they don't appear to be making them anymore.

This company has been issues from pretty much every step post payment. Super awesome and responsive until I paid. Was told I'd get the first draft within 48 hours, a week later - despite picking one not needing measurements, required measurements. Drew up a draft that did not meet the supplied measurements. Twice. Then followed up saying oops they drafted it with the more expensive style and I had to reapprove with the other a week later.

I'm still past their listed lead time from that approval date. Zero communication since then.

Who did you go with top lids? It seems crazy to me the lead times any of these companies have.. I work a full time job 12 hours a day, 7 days a week and still get my peeps taking care of within a week.. I also do them all by hand and don’t use a fancy cnc router that’s just a push of button with files already saved… takes about 2 hours by hand.. it takes 20min on a cnc machine.

Here's a fact of the day

Black widow bites have significantly reduced since the invention of indoor plumbing. This is because in out houses the black widow would place the webs under the seat to catch all the bugs. Well males would take most of the bites because of the low hanging fruit.

That sucks! They make really nice lids I’ve seen them in person and recommend lots of people to them cause I hate making them lol..

I work in retail, I get that **** happens. I have had too many people go off the rails on me for things wildly outside of my control that I'm going to give them a chance first. And then I will act accordingly

Doesn't cost a dime to send an email.
So I've lately had a bunch of issues with quality of my stuff coming off my printers and I've easily thrown away more then 1/2 the plastic I've printed.
There have been two orders in particular that ruined my time to get orders out by several days because I wasn't happy sending them what I was making. (still meh about one but had to send because was soooo long...)
Needless to say, I tried to email these folks every third day about the delays (for very little at stake in comparison).

In other news. My foot is still f***ed. Not broken or fractured. Podiatrist appt next week, guess we're exploring tendon/ligament damage then. It has been 5 weeks since whatever this is started. By next week we'll be at 6. It is definitely swollen. Nsaids/naproxen not making a dent in it.

Boss is forcing me to talk on a regional call Monday despite telling him multiple times I'm absolutely not interested. I'm pretty angry about it.

Give me a few months, they'll have something much bigger again soon. 3 big fish, 1 tiny fish.... The tiny one runs the tank.

The devil damsel is living in the sump as well, so I guess 5 fish....

The rpor ended up making a huge cavern underneath which Betelgeuse has claimed as his lair. A fish after my own heart.
