Mines just a random Amazon camera that's used for pet monitoring etc. It captures 1080p and I can move it up, down, left, right from wherever I am tho and has cloud or local storage options. I just use it for real time viewing though when I want to look in on the tank when I'm not home heh

That’s one of the reasons why I’m wanting one. I have a camera in the house but it don’t work to well for looking in the tank. I’m thinking it does all the same stuff yours does but can’t remember at the moment

I have two.
A Wyze Cam-Pan and a Blink mini.
The Wyze Cam-Pan can pan and tilt so you can look around the room a bit.
The Blink mini might have a better image.
The Wyze has a better free plan.
The Blink really limits your viewing for a free plan.
Both struggle with the blue lights.

i have the WGV on right now and hate it. the tank resolution up close (1 to 2 ft) is stretched and my orphek blue light filter looks totally different from my other cameras. i like the pan and tilt downstairs, and the resolution off tank is great but as soon as i pan to the tank it is not good for me. i swapped my lorex out for this and will be putting the lorex back up.

my Lorex has the best resolution and color quality of all i've tried. the app is also very clean and responsive for me.

Here's a picture. You can see how the orange filter let's the color through on blue lighting. Bitrate was pretty low so picture quality is kind of meh. I think I want to move the camera location, I like the side shots from above
