Can anyone identify this??

If the rock is from the Caribbean there are a ton of LPS that hitch hike in. Brush or squirt some water at it and see if there is a skeleton.
I agree, I am not convinced it is majano. They do grow in groups but they are not so evenly sized. There is usually older, larger ones that then produce tiny ones. This looks very different.
I have some mojano, they don't really bother anything but they will get everywhere if you don't watch. I will remove some as I can.

Well right now it’s growing on a limb, so I can always just cut that piece off if I need too.
 
Personally, I would leave them and maybe isolate that rock, but I'm weird like that. You could try pulling them off and covering that part of the rock with putty.
Yeah it’s on a limb now so if I need to I can always cut it off or something.
