I have a pulsing xenia plug in this tank on the sandbed, but it is completely isolated from the rocks. These little polyp-like things (light white) have been growing on the rocks as of the past few days. I suspect polyps from the Xenia. they dont behave or look like Aptasia but im not sure what they are and if I need to panic or treat the tank with anything. Please advise.

look like hydroids to me. Do they move/react when touched?
yes, they kind of shrink up and close up. they're in my 10 gal nano that has taken forever to get stable :( i googled some and i have definitely seen them on the glass before but didnt know what they were so i left it alone. will target feeding instead of broad feeding be sufficient to make them go away?
