Can someone help me identify these??

I have a pulsing xenia plug in this tank on the sandbed, but it is completely isolated from the rocks. These little polyp-like things (light white) have been growing on the rocks as of the past few days. I suspect polyps from the Xenia. they dont behave or look like Aptasia but im not sure what they are and if I need to panic or treat the tank with anything. Please advise.

look like hydroids to me. Do they move/react when touched?

+1 to hydroids. had them in my tank. stopped dosing amino acids and they went away on their own.

yes, they kind of shrink up and close up. they're in my 10 gal nano that has taken forever to get stable i googled some and i have definitely seen them on the glass before but didnt know what they were so i left it alone. will target feeding instead of broad feeding be sufficient to make them go away?

quite some time. i didn't give it much thought since they were only on one rock.
