Can someone identify this for me?

Look like tunicate.

I thought that initially as well @KJ but I am not aware of any tunicates that are anything but sessile. It appears this moves around. Are you aware of a mobile tunicate?

I thought that goosenecks were sessile as well, i.e. once they have anchored they do not move. The OP indicated that the animal is no longer in situ. Hmmmm, a mystery still?

While I'd like to take credit for getting something right, I have to agree. I don't know of any barnacles that move about like that. OTOH, we don't know if it moved on it's own or not. I think some of those fish might have thought it was a snack. Definitely still a mystery. Can't wait to see if it pops up somewhere else.

Thank you! That’s exactly what I have. From what I read they aren’t much of a nuisance. I wonder if my fish would have eaten it since I haven’t seen it since recording the video.

Wow, that is something new alright. I've never seen them do that. Are they spawning like that?
Edit, just reread the bit about it blowing something so I guess it is spawning. Mine must be lazy lovers, they just lie flat and blow smoke.
