Theoretically you're already carbon dosing with the pellets...I would leave it at that since you've just added more pellets. Leave vinegar (and the rest) for later, if needed. Let the pellets work.
Dosing bacteria into the pellet reactor might be argued for to speed things up, but don't feel obligated – there's no reason it shouldn't happen on its own.
Maybe thats a good one m8 i have plenty of capsules here. I think i also dont have enought bacteria's in my tank sinds i had moved my tank into the new cristallo tank.... I whas thinking about that yesterday when i went to bed, that the no3 problem is also related to that......
