carpet anemone help please!

Carpet being carpet I guess.

Yes I agree. But why AFTER I change the water and phosguard did this become a issue, not before. That is what I don't get.


Phosphate I agree, but I thought 3 ppm on trate was decent. Lower the better, but not bad.

I never tested it on any anemones, but aluminum released from Phosguard can irritate some corals.

I have no idea if that is happening here, or even how much Phosguard you used, but keep it in mind for other "unexplained" corals closing up, especially soft corals.
 
Here is my nem. They def do a lot of shifting when they are new to the tank. Once they settle in they are pretty hardy with good water quality.
