I personally do not see a need to QT a nem, unless you're doing the prophylactic Cipro treatment. Common parasites like marine ich, Brooklynella need a longer fallow period. An Anemone will only transfer the parasite via water transmission since anemones are not a vector.

It houses 2 anemone crab and hosts a pair of black saddle back clowns... Red one ate a percula and purple/blue ate a chromis I have corals in the sandbed as I'm waiting for them to permanently attach their foot on the glass floor.. The red already did and haven't moved at all just the blue is unsure yet..it is stressful to have them as they can move anytime but I chose to have them and I'm not regretting... They are very pretty and makes me happy
