Does anyone have any vida rock from Cerameco in their tank? I'm looking for pictures of it.

Thanks, just went though your thread. Are both pieces vida rock or just the one?

There were two in there at the end. 1 to start then added a second when moved to the 120.

I have a couple of pieces in my 60 cube. Received a response to an email a few months back that they would start making it again but still haven't seen any of it come back for sale. Great stuff at, in my opinion, was decently priced. Would have used it in my 220 build if it would have been available.

If I could have it my way i would tell everyone not to support these people now that they have started making their product again. Hands down worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They may have a surplus right now but if you want to order something in the future they will talk to you act like they can help then lie about the status of your order for months until you finally just give up on them

While my experience trying to order a custom piece was not exactly pleasant, the product itself is excellent. These are small business owners. Things don't always work out as planned. I have no idea why it took so long to create a custom piece, and perhaps they should have been, and should be moving forward, more forthcoming about the creation process. I never had a problem when ordering a stock piece.

That said, I wouldn't hesitate to order anything they have in stock if I needed something. Orders were always packed well and shipped promptly. I'd order more now if I actually needed anything.

They are back? Great news!

I heard that getting something made was always a long process, but ones in stock I had shipped fast and packaged very well.

I have a couple pieces in my tank, and although I agree the customer service wasn't fantastic, the pieces themselves are. I have 2 of the towers and 2 medium size pieces and they do add really nice structure to your scape.

I am interested in Their product for a new build but the CeramEco website gives no prices or what is current available in stock for purchase, that I could find.

They sell out pretty quick. Seems like there's a significant demand for the product but they always struggle to fulfill it. Guess they don't want to risk any investment, which is understandable but frustrating for us.

Well packed indeed. No way it could break, surrounded by sprayed in foam. I had to email twice to get them to ship, a little slow there.

I ordered three stock pieces, outstanding packaging not a chip, even got couple extras. I very much like their products and may order a couple more. I just wish the communication was a little better.

I’ve also ordered some blok for the sump a couple days ago. Haven’t heard anything about shipping. I’ll give them a couple more days then I’m asking. The two pieces I ordered were also stock. A little big for a small tank but it’ll work. Seems very hard to get. The coral glue sticks really well to the stuff, I was surprised there.

After almost a week without any word on shipping, l had to inquire via email about estimated shipping before I received a response. Left two voicemails with no response about product availability.

Communication isn't their strong point. But if people can avoid taking that personally and be patient, the product is outstanding. I'm considering relocating all of my pukani to the sump and ordering more vida rock if/when they have some in stock. Might have to do it in stages though as the stuff is $$$ lol!

Just opened the box. Anyone have experience with receiving a broken piece? I ordered one of their center pieces.
