Wow, that's something. The pieces I ordered from them were so 'foamed' into the box it took effort to get them loose.

My experience was the same as others, it never arrived broken. Definitely contact them and provide pics. Worst case, it'll probably looks just fine superglued back together. I know it loses its luster that way though, but functionally it should be fine. What a PITA though. Sorry.

Update: They definitely took care of me. They shipped me out a beautiful replacement a few days later.
