Chance of Survival?

Fish still alive but not eating. Spots have calmed down and skin looks mostly solid gray.

Fins are intact. I don’t see anything to suggest disease.

Thinking fish had high ammonia levels in shipping bag.

Some of you will think this crazy, but I transitioned the fish to my fuge. That the best possible environment / water parameters that I can have him in.

Been trying everything to get him to eat but doesn’t seem interested in food but he’s at least swimming around the fuge like a normal fish, though skinny.

Maybe tomorrow’s selcon soaked nori with a little garlic water will get him nibbling. Plenty of macro algae in the fuge too.

That’s great for the fish in question. Only concern there would be potential disease or parasites this guy may have now introduced to your system. Hope that’s not the case. Keep us posted. Routing for little guy
