Lumini Aqua iOS app is available. So far it connects and loads faster.
Could you please provide me with some examples or more screenshots in fo on their controlability. What is possible and how many channels and flexible is the controling for example? Thank u Tek

4 channel control, CH1 blues, CH2 whites, CH3 blue, CH4 R,G,UV, Y.
The time and intensity schedule is very easy to set with 8 time points per channel. I actually used the preset schedule which mimics a natural day and lowered the intensity of each channel for acclimation. I also enjoy the moonlight feature and the thunderstorm/clouds are fun to watch.
It has only been a week but I can tell my corals are growing the same or better as when I was running T5. I monitor the tank pH for signs of good coral growth since when they respirate the pH rises during the day.

Ok, just test it, looks good, like the animated graph (that is the only difference with Android I could find).
@Tek did you tested with Ipad? I test it with iphone 6 and there is a small bug on standard screen (didn´t test it on zoom screen). I didn´t test it on ipad.
Buttons on iphone 6 are very hard to tap, since the are in the background. It is possible tho, but is tricky, cost me like 5 to 10 taps. (try it several times)
Rest looks fine. Still do not understand the use of a user and password (they change the password every month), IMO if you are conected to the right wifi you access, if not, you don´t.

The software has been changed now to use a default user and password. I notified them of the iPhone 6 issue which is the phone I have and they said it has been corrected and is awaiting Apple approval in the App Store. The current version is for iPhone 4 and 5. I will test it on an iPad and iPad mini when I get a chance.

Old Tech? What does that mean? I've been looking at them because they use Cree, have WIFI with sunrise/sunset ramping capability and the clustered LEDs appear to give a better shimmer effect. The 6 channel control and ability to swap LEDs also is a plus.
Has anyone purchased these recently? I'd love to hear feedback, I'm looking to upgrade a couple of Viperspectras.

Thank you for the feedback. It's been tough finding out about this light. I've been holding off on getting a Photon V2, because of the clustered LEDs, replaceability of LEDs and ramping of this one, but finding real reviews has been a challenge.

No worries, just remember that this review was made 2 years ago, they might change...but If I where on a budget, I will stay out of AS. Ledzeal is my choise if you can not buy Ai or Radions. But that is just me.

Protocol? Jajaja read the post and you will find out, no protocols men, just an opinion!
But I have grown corals in all 3, and after a few years my opinion on growth (thinking on sps) is about the same
