So this was originally supposed to be a 92 rimless cube...lol so much for that. I found the right tank and right price for it. The DSA NEO Rimless 105 just found itself in my home. It's been sitting collecting dust for a while now, family stuff comes first ya know.

After my buddy throws his new 200 gallon tank build in my face , and a few months back and forth chatting with him I got the fire going here again. Sometimes envy is a good thing right???

I ordered my new RO this week AWI Typhoon 3, 5 stage and Reef Octopus Regal 150SSS. I am waiting for them to arrive.

In the meantime here are a few pics to get my build thread started. Just a few tank shots and some with the back glass tinted. I will update and post more as i'm getting my new toys.
I think the next purchase will be the sicce syncrapro 4000, im just looking for a good price on it.

Then the sump, that still has me confused which I want one of the 3rd generation Eshopps 200 series, I think it's going to be the rs200 but I keep flopping back and forth between all of their sumps/ fuges.

The ups man made another visit and I had a little play time to start dry fitting and seeing how much space I have. Looks good to me so far.

Delivery today, got some BRS netting to make my top and my ext brackets for the lights. I'm gonna place an order for 100# of the BRS reef saver rock and dry sand next. It's getting close to the tank getting wet real soon.

Brackets up. Next is sand and rock order this week, then we start to plumb and cycle. Slow and steady....

Rock delivery yesterday100# doesn't go as far as I thought. How much more should I get? I'm thinking another 40 or 50#

I would probably add at least 50% more. I have also seen some nice looking tanks that have an island type rockscape, that might work better with the amount you have currently. It looks great so far!

Diaz2010 I agreed think this is a better look than doing a whole wall. I want the coral to have a lot of room to grow and the fish to still be able to have swimming room. I'm getting hydra52s so the corals can be a bit lower and I can use less rock. I may still add another 25 or so #
