Zoa spider!! Dipping is only way to kill it unless you get lucky and catch it !! Worse is, These Sea spiders are common predators on zoa corals. They are hard to spot, some with some as small as ..25 inches in diameter. They can crawl inside a closed polyp, making it very difficult to spot.

Hi everybody!
I have started a nano reef tank. I found so many useful tips on this site. I have found a little starfish on top of a zoas frag.
please, can anyone ID?

Thanks to you all I got get rid of the spider eating zoas out of my tank. It killed 3 polyps but I saved the frag
