Im not sure what to make of it. The copper levels are below 1PPM. They were at 2PPM for 4 weeks and I've been doing water changes to get it out. I add prazi a few days ago, up until last night it wasn't too cloudy. For some reason, the pictures do not depict how bad it is, but you can see the difference between the two tanks.

The prazi probably caused the bacterial bloom. I've had it happen on an industrial scale before when using liquid prazi and copper together. Increase oxygen and keep doing your water changes, like @Empress stated.

hmm. Try running some carbon and see if that helps. Since your done with the copper treatment you might as well pull the rest out.

Whatever you do don't try to do any meds with copper! copper has had some pretty bad effects on my fish so I never use it any more during QT. I always use hypo salinity. It's alot less stressful on the fish and way easier to do.

I would run GFO and don't dose anything to the tank till it clears up. Then do a water change and start with one thing at a time. Every not and then my QT gets a little hazy and carbon clears it right up.

That's the thing. I've been running fresh carbon for almost a week and it's not not pulling it out, but it hasn't cleared the water either

You'll just have to give it time. Wait for the rest of the copper to be gone and add plenty of oxygen to the tank in the mean time. If the fish are fine, then patience is all that's left.... unless somebody else has a good idea

Man, u seem to always have a rough go with fish. Good luck

I would put the fish in a bucket for a little bit. And completely empty the QT and start with brand new clean water, but don't do anything different with the sponge. Just do a 100% water change and rinse out the carbon and put it back in. Then wait. It'll clear up. Have the water surface moving at a pretty good speed too. Remember Temperature, salinity, ammonia.

I give up. Its def some bacterial bloom of some sort. This past week, I did three 25 gallon water changes and 15. It did not help and now today, its worse then ever. I literally cannot see the back wall of the tank. I can't determine how the fish are. My fallow period ended last Friday, but Im hesitant to put anything back because of not being able to really see them. Should I add a cheap UV?

You need to just leave it alone. As a third party observer it's clear that your frequent water changes are encouraging and extending the bacteria bloom. If the fish are healthy and eating leave it alone for a week and see how it does.
