Cloudy water

Po4 was at a .13 last time I checked...I'm using aquaforest pro bio s to lower them and nitrates were at about 3 or 4

That ain't bad, just keep a eye out on the Po4.

Just a heads up if you do go the Vibrant route. It can rapidly change the balance of your nutrients in any number of directions and cause new problems. In my opinion, it is very effective at what it claims to do but you will need to be on your toes testing your nutrients and adjusting things to keep everything in line.

What nutrients?

NO3 and PO4.

I went through periods where my PO4 completely went away and also ones where it went high. My NO3 started high but quickly went to zero and I had to add a crazy amount of stump remover to bring it back up.

then every 3 or so days I feed fuel for the coral
I would stop the fuel for a bit till the gunk clears up. Its likely feeding the cyano/diatom funk with the aminos in it. Ill have to read my bottle again, it may have a small carbon source in it too.
