Well was hoping someone may have seen both in person. I have not, so pictures are all I have to look at. I agree though, they both are pretty if the pics don't lie...

Why not get both. They will be fine in your tank. Consider a Yellowfin Flasher. I like their color better.
While Picture don't lie, Clown Fairy looks nice all the time, and even more beautiful when he flashes. McCoskeri looks outstanding when he flashes, but this is only a minor portion of the time. At other time he looks beautiful too. Here is a picture of both together, both are not at their best yet. Both got significant more color since.

Yes they will get along. Do you have any other wrasse in the tank currently?

Yes you can if the bioload of your tank can handle two fish at once. If you are uncertain, I would add the McCoskeri first and then add the Clown later and with acclimation box
