Clown fish issues !

The clown has zero marks/mucus or anything. Doesn't swim into the power head. Stays stationed at the rock on the substrate almost as if it's guarding something there..

It just breathes super heavily.

You may be dealing with a low oxygen issue.

Do you run a sump?
Do you have a protein skimmer?

I would recommend pointing a power head at the surface to increase agitation. Are you using a cover on the tank? If so, I'd prop it up to allow for air circulation at the surface.

I have a IM 30 AIO I have a sicce 3.0 and a ow-10.. I have plenty of flow arguably too much. My duncan, torch and hammer are moving all over in the flow. I run my protein skimmer on and off every 4 hours.

This isn't about flow. It is about oxygenation. Run the protein skimmer 24/7. This will increase oxygen levels in the water. And again, agitate the surface by redirecting a power head.

A power head adds just as much if not more oxygen than a skimmer.

I don't see how. A power head moves water and the oxygen it contains. A protein skimmer brings in air from the room. That is why we sometimes connect the air intake from a protein skimmer to an outside window when we want to elevate pH.

The flow of water from the powerhead causes oxygneation. The argument exists that a power head adds oxygen more efficiently than an air stone does. An air stone works the same way a skimmer does by pulling outside air. There isn't an oxygen issue.

If there was the fish would be hovering at the surface as well

Fair point.

I didn't know that power heads add oxygen.

Little update

Clowns have gotten very aggressive and now the male has stringy white poop.

So internal parasite in the intestines for sure. I am not sure about the agression and rapid breathing tho.

Any thoughts?

Wow... seems like you have a lot going on here...

Yeah... I'm on board with the internal parasite. Any way we can get video of what this little guy is doing?

To me it looks like he's hosting in your zoas and exhibiting typical clown behavior that way. It's too hard to tell from the videos what his breathing looks like but if it does look rapid I would start with the freshwater dip just to be sure he doesn't have flukes. For the internal parasite issue I would food soak api general cure +focus as outlined here
