I have prazipro / focus and metroplex. What type of mix should I make ?

Prazipro is more effective for external worms so for now I would mix the metro +focus using the instructions in the link I shared above. You should order some general cure and start using that in place of just the metro when it comes. Feed the medicated food for 2 to 3 weeks

Being able to food soak a powdered form of prazi makes it more effective with internal issues than dosing to the water column like prazipro is designed for

That's good, now that @4FordFamily has chimed in follow his advice. He has dealt with a lot more of these issues than I have

Initially the other one was acting normal however after day 3 she started to stay close to the clown with the issue. Started to appear to breath a little more heavy and became territorial.

The territorial just sounds like they’re trying to host the Zoa frags.

Do you think they got stink by the zoa ? And that's why they're breathing heavy ?

But the one clown who intitially showed issues has stringy white poop

I don’t think zoas Pack much of a punch in reference to stings, but I reserve the right to be wrong. (I’m saying that a lot lately.) My clowns were getting stung by my euphylia and it was causing them to have a clear spot (not white, but clear. They were see through at the stings.) but that stopped once they were acclimated to them. I don’t remember any heavy breathing.

I would think if he was struggling for oxygen he’d also be gasping at the surface. I know clown fish can be weird sometimes. Hopefully it just ends up being your clown’s brand of weirdness. I’m also following along to read what other advice people have to offer.

I had some clowns that had brook and when their breathing got more labored, they began gasping at the surface also. They also looked terrible by that point, but yours seems to look okay. I’m not sure how much internal parasites will affect breathing. Maybe someone else can offer an opinion since it seems he may have that. Also, do keep in mind that sometimes their poop can be white just from food. It’s the stringy poop combined with the white color that may point to internal parasites, from what I understand anyways.

Don’t mix Prazi as it depletes O2 rapidly. If you want to use a mix then I’d recommend General Cure (has both) but at low enough dosages you won’t harm your fish. If you decide to dose Prazi make sure to add extra O2 with a powerhead or airstone breaking the surface of the water.
