Do you have a picture of these? These fish were being treated with prazipro right? Is the dark spot on the midas tinged with red?

Ok this is going to sound crazy but the spot on my midis is gone and I was a big spot the hole on my clown is to small for my camera to get a good shot off but ill keep trying

I've seen holes in fish after being treated with a FW dip. These fish had flukes for sure (most notable was the huge sailfin with black ich) After the dip, the fish looked ragged and full of holes from where the parasites were attached. Could this be what your seeing? Something like what I describe only on a much smaller scale?

There is a disease known as Hexamita aka Hole in the Head Disease. It is actually caused by an internal parasite and best treatment is metronidazole. IME; prazi doesn't work on it.

I will get a better pic of her but look at her fins the clear part is gone just like my other clown its all the way to the black but sence I treated the tank she is looking a lot better and way mor active

Its purely anecdotal but I got a couple of tank raised clowns and qt'd them. They seemed fine, ate fine no problems, after a month in qt I dropped them in my display. The whole time they were in qt they stayed in one corner never ventured out, same thing in the display. These were my first fish I thought maybe it was normal. After a few weeks in the display I started noticing the stringy poop. I pulled them out back to the qt and treated with prazi, after the second dose they started swimming around the tank. After a fallow period I put them back in the display and they roam over the tank.

I don't know how common the behavior is, but if the fish isn't venturing out I would assume something is probably wrong.

"Fin rot" usually denotes a secondary bacterial infection has set in. These are very common in fish already battling parasites or worms, as their immune system is already being pushed to the limit. Since you are treating in a DT with corals, your only option is to soak the fish's food in Kanaplex (an antibiotic) using Seachem Focus to bind the medication to the food. This prevents Kanaplex from leaching out into the water; however it's still a good idea to run carbon just in case. FYI; Orally is not the optimal way to administer antibiotics when the infection is external. It would be better to put this fish in a QT and dose Kanaplex directly into the water so the fish's skin can absorb the medication.

Thank you for all your help I appreciate it I love this fish she is my favorite fish in the tank
