Have you done the formalin dip, cleaned out the QT, refilled it and dosed with metroplex and epsom salt yet? I think this is the best course of action since the other way isn't helping.

Not yet. I don't have formalin. Waiting for a friend to bring it to me so I can use it. Should be hopefully tomorrow. I have done Epsom salt already.... today will be the last day for rally anyway... so tomorrow I really hope I can borrow the formalin from a friend amd do what needs to be done.

Ok so a 5 min freshwater dip, formalin says 50 minutes max....with 20 drops per gallon...I'm assuming that's in saltwater?

I would just do the formalin dip. Yes, and I believe we recommend 30 minutes in formalin. shoot... let me double check that.

Yup.. 30- 45 minutes. Heavy aeration the whole time. And be sure to clean the QT while he's in there.

follow the directions on the package. I cant' remember off hand, but I think it's every other day..... I would have to check the box, but if you have it there then just follow what it says there.

Yes sir.

I've never used that one. It should have directions for you though and that's what you will follow except for the time frame. That you may need to extend to 10 or even 14 days
