Small update.
T5s are working great, tank is cycled and I’m slowly adding fish. Plan is to add all my fish and let the tank settle out before I add corals.
Also added a small aquarium fan to the canopy to help keep the air moving so mold and other unwanted stuff doesn’t build up
it’s head silent and not too powerful. May pick up another one after I get my Kessils.
Oh and there are tons of little critters in the tank. Happy with how it’s tiring out so far!
The MP-10s were moved to the back wall. I did this mostly to clean up the sides of the tank. I had seeing the equipment and the flow is still really good. Very happy with the mp-10s

New stuff for the tank! Shorter filter socks, carbon, GFO, spot feeder, Tongs, reef roids, check valve and an apex to Kessil connector.

Well it’s been quite a while since I updated this thread! So much as changed.
My Kessil 360s arrived and are installed. They run from 10am-10pm ramping up to 60% interesting and about 50% color. The two T5 bulbs kick on from 12-5. So everything is getting a good amount of light and the sps are starting to encrust!
Next went in a few fish! And after a few weeks the rest went in. I think I’m sitting at 12 fish right now. Definitely going to push the bioload on this tank. Might add one or two more, really want a gobby and a leopard wrasse....
Current occupants are as follows with their names.
2 cleaner shrimp
1 blood shrimp
2 conch
1 yellow tang—Bubbles
1 Blue tang—-Dory
1 Japanese swallow tail—-No name yet
1 Blue green chromie—Virgil
1 Flame Angel—-Grace
1 Green Wrasse—-no name yet
2 Black/white clowns—Spot & Candy
1 Male Pintail Wrasse—-no name yet
1 Royal Gramma—-K-Kash
1 Blue damsel—no name yet
1 Talbit Damsel—No name yet
Future plans include getting more anemones and letting everything grow in. I really want to find a nice rainbow bubble tip, and a Ritteri Anemone. The one black widow I have sadly loves the back of my rock structure...
Only maintenance I do is change the water every once in a while and clean my skimmer cup/socks. Other than that the tank is always on auto pilot [emoji41]

This really looks great. Did u end up doing 2 Blue + in that last pik? One of the earlier piks look like 1 blue and 1 white or 50/50. I have a kessil ap and will be adding this LET retrofit T5 and am deciding what bulbs to use. Again, really nice job on this.

I switched to 1 Blue+ and 1 aqua blue special for a while but didn’t like it. So I switched back to two Blue+. But I’m also not a huge T5 guy so they run while I’m at work and shut off when I get home.

Couple small updates. I recently decided to take this tank in a half Nem direction. A couple Bubble tips and then a couple magnificas. Here are the bubble tips. The purple mag is in the next picture and I have a yellow tip mag showing up today
Now I just need to find a sweet Ritteri and a blue carpet.
