Hi, I missed your post yesterday. Indeed, in the video it is clear that the fish has Lymphocystis. Really common in CBB, and no treatment is needed, it will go away on its own in 6 to 8 weeks.
The first still pictures, with the red spots, resembles Uronema. However, you'll know that pretty soon as if it is that, the spots will grow larger and the fish will stop feeding. There is no treatment for that.
