How long has your tank been running? I actually have a 20g Nuvo too and I couldn't keep zoas alive much for the first year or so. Not that it has anything to do with it being a Nuvo 20 but I guessed it was light or stability related in my case. The latter is harder to pull off on smaller tanks.

Its about 8-10 inchess off the tank
My tank is 24" x 15" x 13"
5%w 12%b
8%w 20%b
12%w 32%b
15%w 40%b
Its on from 9am to 9pm

Yea, give them more light %
I would try a 60 b 30w to start. You might be able to up from there.

If your not dosing , 10 seems very high.
