They can tolerate a range of lighting conditions but my experience has been they seem to thrive in low to moderate lighting (though I have a bubble tip that's sitting under 400 watt MHs with no problems). So start it at the bottom of the tank, enough flow to keep it moving and see how it does. Something else worth considering is the coral will do much better if you have a couple of different pumps that can be controlled so that the flow direction varies. Have one come on for a few minutes and then the other come on for a few minutes. If it doesn't open up well then try a little less flow rather than more light. Like all euphyllia if you have too much flow it will not open up very well in an attempt to keep its tissue from being damaged. Too little flow allows detritus to accumulate on it and the coral may turn to "jelly". All in all if you started with a healthy coral and take care of it you should expect it to grow and thrive. One last thing, I really recommend that you test your water weekly and keep your parameters under reasonable control. In my experience high levels of p04 and low magnesium effect growth and morbidity. And- one more last thing, t0rches can and will sting other corals.
