Heck get 2 full kits then you have plenty of spare stuff.

First I am not saying these are bad. I have 4-1050 powerheads, the 1900gph pump, 3140 gph pump, 2 blue hubs, 2 grey hubs, a black hub, 2 pump controllers, a light controller, 3 remotes, two ir sensors, plus some other loop components. The price compared to some other brands for the features are what sells these.

If you notice the wording it says bluetooth upgrade able. There is no bluetooth hub.

Just went Currents website and the apps not ready yet for iPhones but it’s up and running for android phones.

No app will work without one of these.

I was told in March by the developer at Current that it was going to be released in a month. I had already bought $400 of their gear. Believing him bought more for my other system. 8 months later it is still not available.

Where can you get one? They have been saying they had bluetooth and it was on every box. I even seen a video of it but have never been able to find one for sale.

They announced it at MACNA and had one there. They are taking pre-orders for them now. I work for a distributor and we carry current, and we don't even have them in stock yet. I imagine they are just starting the first production run of them, hence the "pre-orders"

Sorry about that, what I wrote came out different than what I meant.

Current is taking pre-orders as in wholesalers and direct vendors can put an order in for initial stocking. When will they be available to the public, who knows. If their rollout of the app is any indication, product should hit stores sometime next summer.

Has anyone signed up for the betta access and gotten to review the app yet?

soffutt,

not sure on the wave pumps. I know you can do that with the lights though. Multiple lights are on the same schedule so it's not a problem. Not so sure about the wave pumps, not sure how you would program the fourth pump. I would contact Current and find out directly before venturing down that road

So this may have been a mistake. Those LEDs are bright! Is there any way to dim them? At night it lights up the whole room, lol.

I'm going to Autozone later to see if I can get some window tint to chill them out a bit.

Has anyone had any heat issues? I have noticed the temp of my tank climbing. The room stays at 75. When I open the cabinet it felt warm. I used a temp gun and the eflux power cord is 100 degrees. The grey hub is around 115 degrees.

Wow I’ll have to check mine but that seems awfully hot!
