I just received my SL2V2 back from DA Eric who worked on it to get it to function properly after it failed to register a salinity drop in my tank. I plugged it into the Archon's bus port and my entire system shut down. All the module lights flashed, including the one on the SL2V2. I removed the SL2 from the bus port and shutdown and restarted the Archon. All of the modules came back and all have a blue light. But my APC, DP1's and some of my PC4's don't show up when I look at my system on line. They are all blue and the PC4's all appear to be powered. The Jebao pumps I have tied to the APC aren't running but I can't do anything about that because they don't show up on my PC. And my home screen values are all gone and I have no ability to reset the home screen because the gear icon doesn't take me to the window to add inputs or outputs. What is wrong with the system and how can I get this to run normally. BTW when I plug in the SL2 after the shutdown the blue light doesn't power on. This is very frustrating. Thanks for the help.

I also can't see any of the virtual outputs either.

I posted on their website. I didn't put in a service ticket.

I'll do that but for all the help I've received it is sometimes difficult to get a timely response.

If you've used a reefkeeper you probably have one. I'd try an interrupted update with MyReef2.0. It wipes the module and completely restores its software

You'll need to follow the directions very closely you run the risk of making the module inoperative

No I put in a service call to DA. I thought I would try to calibrate the pH probe tied to the Archon that runs my calcium reactor but it doesn't show the options for the 7 and 10 calibration points.

Did you check the USB drive in a computer for errors? Make sure the input did not get switch to ORP somehow. The ORP doesn't have a opition for calibration. Also try removing the Archon from the buss and reboot the Archon and see if it is working correctly on it's own before connecting the buss.

When you say reboot do I just hit shutdown on the setup page, pull power and bus connections then plug them back in

No not yet. I'll pull the drive first and check it. It seems to me I recall that one other time I pulled it and received a notice there were errors on the drive but that the PC couldn't repair it. I'll see what it says now

That one I'm pretty sure did not have the box checked for ORP but I'll look again. The switch isn't changed on the Archon

I am just trying to cover all the bases. If that is OK and the USB drive is OK then try shutting down the Archon. Make sure all the buss cables are removed other than the iTemp. Power it down and back up without hooking up any buss cables. Check and make sure the Archon is working OK before hooking the buss cables back up.
