I agree with Capt America paly. While they should be handled with care I think that label is to both inform you to use precaution and to limit liability on their part from people doing something stupid and trying to hold wwc liable
It's a Palythoa, which harbor palytoxin. If you handle safely and don't eat, lick, squeeze or otherwise mishandle it you'll be fine. Handling with gloves is another good idea as touching it and then your eyes or mouth can be a bad idea too. Overall the risk is minimal with most species, Palythoa grandis and sea mats can be quite dangerous.
