Sorry to hear about the fish, but the corals are looking great!

It's a shame for sure. But the calcium reactor I added to my system keeps my alk super stable. Great growth on my SPS...

Hey Powers...
My Flame Wrasses made it, Flame Hawk, Mystery Wrasse, Potters Wrasse made it. I lost a super male Lineatus, an amazing eating Regal Angel and bunch of others.

Thanks for asking.

Hard to tell. I believe the tank would have to have zero fish for 3 months+ as to break the parasite cycle completely.
I haven't seen parasites on my fish in 3-4 months. I have been extremely carful with fish additions. I added a long nose butterfly about 6-7 weeks ago that has done wonderful, eats like a pig, and is clear of parasites. I am waiting for the store that sold me the fish with flukes and disease to start doing true QT. Until then I will wait, or buy from TSM who does QT here in NJ.

My SPS is doing amazing!!!! All getting good growth, and polyp extension.

Whats going on, awesome progression with the tank, That sump move to the basement sounds and looks like a huge convenience. Great job the tank looks good! Hopefully all is well with the fish this point forward

All the fish are doing great that are now left. Alk, Calcium and Mag super stable. My Turf Scrubber kicks butt, and keeps nutrients low.
Almost all of my acros are showing steady growth.

I have passion and love for scuba diving, and the Queen Angel is by far my favorite fish when I dive the Caribbean. Today I picked up a fully QT'd Full Size, full color Queen!!

He's eating Pellets and Reef Frenzy like a pig! 2 Hours after acclimation.

GoodBye Filter Socks!!! Hello KLIR from CoralVue.... So I decided to give this product a try. Thanks to the guys at Champion Lighting and CoralVue (Carlos and Chris) for tracking me down the bracket and KLIR4. Would you believe Champion Lighting was the only company to have bracket and KLIR in stock within 100 miles of where I live in Southern NJ???? Anyhoooo....

Install was rather straight forward. I don't have a traditional sump as you know, so the extra bracket was required for install. The bracket takes the place of a filter sock holder. So both of my overflow drains get plumbed directly into the top of the bracket and water flows down threw the bracket and KLIR sits in the cup holder soaking up the water and debris. Simply amazing design!!!
Arrow below with white flex pvc is my display tanks main drain, and black is emergency.

Install took a total of about an hour, had to fabricate a few pieces of plumbing to extend existing pvc down a tad, also had to get height just right. My sumps water line is pretty high at 12 inches, so Coral Vue suggested I use one of their skimmer stands to raise the bracket up so water line was just right for KLIR. Worked like a charm....
