Kind of an odd request, but would it be ok if I brought me son to the meeting? He is 3 and I think I talked my wife into letting us show up for a little while. Looking forward to meeting more of the folks on here.

Our house is not toddler proof but we don't have priceless antiques on display. If you think your child would be okay then please come.

Our house isn't actually kid proof so he should be fine. I will make sure to bring his ipad and he will probably just watch that. All that being said I will plan on being there around noon for an hour or so. Looking forward to it.

Looking forward to meeting both you and your son.

PMing you my address.

If you could pick up a couple of bags of chips that would be great.

Eric, do you want to pick up a cheese ball and a box of town house crackers?

Or maybe just something similar....or something completely different.

I think we are good on sweet stuff so something not sweet would probably be good.

TrishW, thanks for hosting us today. Sorry I couldn't stay longer, but I am glad I came. You have a lovely home and an awesome tank. Love the look and the way you have it plumbed to your sump room/garage.

RE: December NARC Meeting!

To all the group I had an awesome time at the party. I loved meeting you all and hate I had to leave so early. Thanks for being so friendly to the newbie<grinz>. Thanks also for the wonderful door prize ,,,,it was on my want list for the new tank. Trish and Richard thank you both so much for opening your lovely home for us to get together, your tank is just awesome. To all the new friends I met today its a blessing to meet you all and I hope we do it often.
Wishing all of you the merriest of Christmas holidays, may Santa be very sweet to you all! Julie

Thanx again to Trish and Richard for hosting the meeting today. I was even more fun than last time. Dirty Santa was awesome too. Tank's looking good as usual, very clean looking.

Thanx to all who brought full. Trush's eggnog was some of the best I've had. I'm just gonna skip supper tonight.

Trish and Richard; Thanks for a wonderful day. The food was great. I just had a slice of the cake (no Toothpick, keep looking) and it was wonderful. I'm starting on Mary Ruth's pecan pie next..lol Harry I hope she is feeling better. We missed seeing her.

Thank you, Trish and Richard! Reilly and I had a great time, too. The game was fun. It was great seeing you all. Eric - The acanthastrea looks great! We need to have another meeting soon :)

Trish thanks for hosting the meeting. My wife, Melissa, and I both had a wonderful time. Thanks to all for the great food. And thank you Trish for the coral and thanks to who brought the frogspawn that my wife got in dirty santa. Cant wait to see the new corals under my lights tomorrow.

Thanks for all the compliments and thanks to all of you for allowing us to host! I had a blast as always.

I ate way too much but it was hard not to with all the delicious food everyone brought. Richard was very happy when he got home and realized he had both Mary Ruth's pecan pie and some of Tomoko's raspberry cheesecake to enjoy later. No ducks were harmed but they had fun anyway and Richard said for me to tell all of you that he is sorry he had to cut out early.

The frags we got are looking great. I put the ones from Eric and Melissa in the nano and the one from Harry into the 150. Hopefully tomorrow we will get all the frags off the racks on onto the reef :)

M@ry Ruth, we missed you today. The pie was delicious! Thank you so much for sending it.

To Patrick, Eric and Melissa it was a pleasure to meet y'all. I hope to get to see you at future meetings.

Eric, thanks for demoing your algae scrubber. I may have to try one myself. Both the frags you got came out of our tank, I chose the frogspawn and Richard chose the rock of encrusting gorgonian. I hope they will do well for you. If you don't want the gorgonian to spread just keep it away from other rock.

I am already looking forward to the next meeting!
