Every time I’ve dealt with or had issues with things ordered from BRS they’ve made things right. I can’t say that this time. Everything from saying I’ll be called back, never getting a call back, having to call back 3 times, never getting an actual answer, not even a delivery date. It sucks. If anyone else had them I’d of made them refund and bought elsewhere.That stinks. BRS can do better than that. There was a R2R member that purchased a G4 XR30 Pro with Diffuser for $672. They didn't have anymore in stock so they gave him a G5 XR30 instead. I would tell BRS to refund you and then charge you when they're ready to ship. Keeping your order in line with others. They should be paying you interest and $20 doesn't cover it.
