@Sean Shimer The video is much better, but I'm still not seeing anything visibly wrong with the clownfish.

The clownfish in the bowl, are you seeing: tiny white dots on him?

Or is it more like white patches or the skin is peeling off?

I was seeing white spots last night around his dorsal but this morning it was more of a powder that has coated his tail region and dorsal

The "powder" thing makes me inclined to believe it is either velvet or brook, and not ich.
