Dendronephthya & Scleronephthya aquaculture

Got home 1 hour ago, found this. Took 4 days to attach. Now I gotta nourish it so it grows.

So you just snip a piece of with some scissors and wait for it to attach to a small rock? Do you iodine dip or anything?

I snip with scissors then drop in frag cage. Nothing else. Next few days others should attach. Hopefully

I was toying with the idea of trying to frag a small piece of Dendra. I just need to build up enough nerve to actually do it.

You're going to have to sneak up behind her with those small scissors you know the ones for mustaches and snip away. She'll live. If you get the frag to attach I think the little ones are hardy.

Took a pic of Dendra while waiting to catch the coral beauty or a a three spot damsel that's being a bully. Still no luck capturing either. They are just too dang smart. Every other fish has been in the trap except these 2. The dang cardinal fish was sleeping in there for a couple days.

Dendra is still looking good. Fully open and showing off.

I think best picture, very healthy.

Let me know you NO3 & PO4, when you check. ,thanks

Just did Phosphate test real quick because it's easy with hanna checker and it's 0.10. Nitrates are usually between 15-25ppm. I can give you an exact number in the morning.

Edit: If you were wondering I'm still pumping in 10ml an hour of phyto.
