If they are just on the sand, I agree with Saltyhog, Amphidinium dinoflagellates. Raise n03 to 5 to 10 and keep po4 between .03 & .08 . After a while they should fade. Some reefers dose silica to bring on a diatom bloom which will compete with the Dino’s to finish them off. It will take a month or so but the process does work. Get a microscope, they are handy for times like this.

Your phosphates are fine. As for a month? Lol dinos isn’t a fast month battle. I know people that battled them for years. I personally battled for 8 months.
