Did I break my ro/di?

Pull out the hose that’s leaking. Make nice straight cut by pushing down with razor. Stick it back in, let us know
 
Any idea the size I would need to replace?
 
You accidentally removed the oring from the fitting. It's that oring that actually forms the seal in these quick connect fittings. Super easy, free fix. You also broke the capillary flow restrictor, but since you are replacing it anyway, no harm done.

Super easy, free fix.
1. turn off your water and allow the pressure in the system to go to zero.
2. remove the yellow concentrate tube from the quick connect fitting.
3. with your fingernails, pull the collet out of the fitting. The collet is the little ring into which you'd push the tube.
4. Insert the oring back in the fitting. If you're not sure how it goes back in - look inside another fitting.
5. carefully put the collet back in the fitting
6. reinstall the yellow tube into the fitting... done!

for good measure adjust your tubing and fittings such that you reduce the lateral tension on the tube right after it comes out of the fitting. Meaning you want the tube to come out of the fitting straight, and take a gentle curve if needed.

One other thing to note:
The capillary flow restrictor you removed was an ~800 to 1000 ml/min (spec'ed for a membrane making 100 gpd), but the new one you installed is a 550 ml/min flow restrictor (spec'ed for a membrane making 50 gpd). Because I don't know what membrane you have installed, and what your water temperature and pressure is, I can't estimate the actual production you're getting out of it. So you'll want to test your waste water to purified water ratio. No worries... this is again cheap, easy, and free.

Line up 8 identical glasses in front of your system. Solo beer cups work great. With your waste water tube in one hand, and your purified water tube in the other, how many glasses do you fill with waste water in the time it takes you to fill 1 glass with purified water? This will give you the ratio you want to know. Without knowing anything about your water, recommend you shoot for something around a 4:1 ratio.

If your ratio is off, you'll need a different flow restrictor. I don't like the type of flush valve you bought for this reason. With Buckeye flush valves, all you would have to do is replace a $4 flow restrictor rather than replace the entire thing. https://www.buckeyehydro.com/membrane-flush-kit/

Good job buck eye. So much detail. For even just replacing an o ring. I'm replumbing my tank. Dont really need directions...could you just come over and do it for me please?
 
I would buy a new elbow
I actually went to buy a new elbow and bought the wrong size so I had to surgery on the original one and reinstalled the o ring from inside

I think it should. I just have to check and see what @Buckeye Hydro said and how much I’m wasting. I wonder if I just buy that addition if it will fix all my problems/ fix the issue that my restrictor is off. Is there any downside other than maybe wasting more water?

If flow restrictor don’t match/ work well together to get you that 4 to 1 product/waste ratio....
If restrictor is too small it will have less waste ratio but membrane will die prematurely. If it’s too big you’re wasting more water for not

Hopefully I didn't give you incorrect info! I apologize if I did, every fitting on my system is a 1/4" tube OD X 1/4" pipe thread. Thought that was the standard.

I’m unsure really what my water is. I seemed to get a 2 1/4 to 1 ratio of waste water to regular, but this was with the flow thing vertical. When it is horizontal the water flies out of the waste line so fast it has pressure to it. I didn’t try to measure it during that time however. I just assume when it’s vertical is the right way
