Hmm, Not sure, think I might leave it and figure out how to get water in and out....soo ..we cutting this down..??? or leaving as is?
I can get it cut, the big question is do I want to. Like everything else laying around I dont want to get rid of it but I'm running out of room for tanksI wouldn't be cutting that one up. I'd end up cracking it or at the very least uneven cuts.
and this is just for a coral qt so dont want to make this big elaborate deal..what's "qt"?I can get it cut, the big question is do I want to. Yes i know some do not qt but I figure I have worked hard to make it all good and follow best practices so why stop now at the end. just takes more time but I'll know I did everything I could to have a clean tank.what's "qt"?![]()
that falls under the same category as "what's a skimmer?"![]()

Really miss those days! Hard work but every day was different and always rewarding! Was a commercial diver for 10 years down in the Gulf.
Not much time to enjoy the scenery and grew a big dislike for Trigger fish because they will bite right through a 1/4 wet suit and draw blood.
I went through a school up in Seattle to get commercial certified. They did give us scuba training as well and a cert card but it was not NAUI or PADI.
I had been diving for 10 years already when I went to FL one year with a friend who was PADI Instructor certified. We wanted to go diving in the springs so went to local dive shop. They wouldn't give me air! Said I wasn't certified.
He ordered double the tanks and we went. Actually was a great dive
Have not dug out old pics but have this one on the pc.
My 1st hat.. was great but head stayed wet so had to make some money and upgradeWinter diving is cold.
Deepest dive so far was 297'
