I have a 75 gal 48x21x18 tank currently running Current USA Orbit LED lights and apparently after research it doesnt produce enough light to grow sps/lps. So I want to add a kessil light or 2. my question is whats the difference between the different models and what would you recommend. Thanks

If you want them to be controlled by a controller then the A3560e, would be great

If you want to save a bit go with the A350W and manually turn on/off.

The Kessel A150 's would be to small , I think.

3 on my 48" tank. I don't like shadows

I have two 360we over my 5' 120 and there are shadows. I added a dual T5 just to fill in and they are doing great.

These normally run about $400?
Yes $399.99... I say ditch the orbit and try to swing 3 A360we's for a Sps tank. I personally am not a huge fan of kessils but if you add a couple T5's with the kessils to eliminate shadowing, you'd be able to grow anything you want, lighting wise...

Kessil says that you need 1 a360we for every two foot of aquarium..so for example if yours is 6 foot you would need three a360we..I would say with your tank two would be fine if they were hung far enough above the water that it wouldn't shadow

I think 2 kessil A360we's on a 6' tank that's 31" deep is way way to much of a stretch. I would go with 3 wide or 2 wides and 2 narrows for an sps tank.
I had 2 A360we's on my 75g (4') sps tank and it just wasn't enough light or spread. If I would of had T5's with it at the time it may have been fine but I didnt.
I switched to 2 Radion Gen 3 pro's and couldn't be happier. I did recently add 2 54w t5's but didn't need to,things were doing awesome before. I just wanted to boost growth and eliminate any shadowing underneath larger colonies.
You may be fine with 3 wides if your also going to keep the 150's on there (I'd personally add t5's to the kessils)? I don't think you can hang them to far up with your tank depth.

They say the A360we's can only go 3' of depth MAX. So with a 31" depth you couldn't hang them more then 5" off the water. Definitely going to get shadowing at that high. Also wouldn't have much light on the sand bed imo for much more then some low light softies. Kessil LED Lights

My 120 is 24" tall. Lights are 9" off the water. I am getting plenty of light down to the bottom and still have to acclimate anything that is in direct light. Remember these lights have true UV while others try to emulate UV.

so worth every penny?

I say so. Better then the heat of MH, better then having to replace multiple bulbs yearly of either MH or T5. I am setting a 180 now and am planning on running 3 over it.

I debated hard over the radions or AI hydra 52. I was getting caught up in the storm mode with lightning and all that. Once I realized I just wanted a good led that performed and was apex controllable I went with Kessil, and glad I did.
