Difference between Kessil lights!!

Apex controls the intensity and color separately.

You need nothing more then a 20$ cable to control them. Then 3.5 mm between them. Once you have that all controls it for you. If you don't have a apex, just the 3.5 mm cables between them. Then the first light becomes the master and the rest slave lights and all run off the first lights controls.

I will say there is one issue I have found. They don't really run at low settings, like below 10%. They don't do moon lights really. To me, that isn't a big deal as I already have moonlights.

This is the fusion set up for my color. You can either program points individually or create points on the graph.

I could probably create more points and have a smoother ramp up and down, but for the time being it works for my tank.

ok then I can just keep my orbit usa LEDs lights that i have, and that will take the place of the moonlighting.

Should be able to. I have a light socket right above my tank. I went and got a blue spiral bulb and use it. It lights the tank up nicely once the kessils go off.

I'll have to do some saving here. sounds like with the lights and apex ill be over a grand here. lol cant go cheap on the lights

One important thing to keep in mind with the Apex is that it is direct plug n play only with the full Apex base unit. I have the ApexLite, and it required the VDM module to work with the Kessils.

I have a Apex to kessil cable I made myself when I had the kessil laying around collecting dust. If you want it let me know I'd be willing to give it to you for free besides Shipping. I made it much longer then the one that Kessil sells.
