Bigdadzoa, the last one looks more like a spongodes or a confusa. Capitata has more pronounced corallites.

I would usually tend to agree with you on the branching verrucosa theory, but I think if that were the case the one I'm calling capitata would have a much more encrusted base than they do. Because the verrucosa starts out pretty encrusting then starts to branch out at the thickest part in the middle. Yours could be either or at this point, we'll have to see how it grows out in the next year.
 
does anyone with superman digi notice that the colors are hard to keep?

ive got a version that is but my other is not im assuming it just came from deeper water ware it did not develope the same symbiotic algae is my only gess but ive got three diffrent colonys, two keep color and the one never really has colored up.
 
Bigbad- I got mine from Ming (atlantis) and actually comin back from bleechin as I loose the deeper green color to it when replumbed my system...

Its in low-medium light on a high flow

I belive i got a piece from there also mine was bery small!! ANd has been growing super slow? I have 400 10K XM, 20 K Hamilton &/or 250 ushio 10KHQI 8" under water for both what would you suggest? Definatly not growing like any other Digi (as of how fast?). All has great flow?
 
crap....marv i should have sent you this guy.....its a branching montipora of unknown species. its not a digi, but i imagine its gota be easy to take care.

its green w/ purple polyps and grows fast
