Lights are back on ramping up. Question is how long should I continue the bacteria and h2o2 for, is there a regiment moving forward. Everything seems ok and looks much better but I dont want to revert

I generally as a safety add peroxide at .05 per 10 gallons per 10 gallons for 10 more days to the sump

do you ever add h2o2 into the skimmer air hose line, not into the muffler but after the muffler so it does directly into the skimmer

+1 on adding live rock/sand. You need diversity, not sky high Nitrates and Phosphates.
