looks like diatoms to me based on pictures but idk i’m new to reef keeping. also could diatoms be caused by dead CUC? i had 2 trochus snails die and they stayed in the tank for a day, i do not want to smell that again..... they STINK!!!! also i bought a melanurus wrasse and it also killed a hermit i just saw the head of it floating on the bottom of the tank
