Disappointed in THE CORAL DUDES.

Poor reviews on this fish order we do feel are unfair. We clearly stated this was a preorder and had over 500 orders. This is why we had given no time on the shipments. Only when we would start shipping. And we went in order. During the winter months in Rochester we can't control 0 degree weather, power outages and other things. We have always responded and given refunds when people are upset.

We clearly started when we would start shipping and never gave exact dates.

As far as the group order, we went back and forth and tried to make it work the best for everyone and when we could not we gladly refunded.

We have always gone above and beyond to make it right and always will.

Just so everyone's clear there was 2 other post that was negative feed back on "The Coral Dudes" lol..

Still haven't been shown any thing where you replied..

And I've heard from countless people that they are horrible business people...

Ladies and gentleman,

We value ALL feedback for any vendor or hobbiest, but we have guidelines in place for these kinds of things. Negative feedback threads need to be between the seller and the OP ONLY.

If you have an issue please feel free to post your own feedback thread to have a open line of communication with the vendor.

seems like the site wants to support vendors who pay to be sponsors. I get the point the site needs the money to run. But facts are clear and pm are posted...
What happens when a seller has multiple people they screw over. No problem rite let them stay on the site cause they pay.

Why not allow all negative feed back in one thread. Just saying.

We have never screwed anyone over. If someone isn't happy they will 100% get a refund or the product.

My issue with you guys was no communication and then the lies on here saying you did reply when it was addressed to you.. Just to save face. Because I have yet to see any thing at all where you replied to me.. as stated before show me you did and Il remove all comments....
