If you can, scope their poop before you put them back into the tank. They love cruising in the poop canal.Thankfully I have a 60 cube to use as a long term observation tank before fish go into the DT. I'm going to be pretty careful with these 3.

You too...we will need it. I have not been able to beat these guys yet. They are next level turds.Good luck!
I’d definitely use two scoops in the water column and to be honest I’m using a bit more in my food.
I’d focus more on the internal as they are more numerous inside vs outside from what I’ve been seeing.
No doubt this is one parasite that’s got personal for me and I’ll definitely keep you guys updated on my end too. I suspect I’ll start loosing fish soon, but I’m hoping the > dosage will hold them off and eventually kill them.
I wish you the best and keep us updated
So question for those who have been providing such good advice. Once the 14 days of metro are up should I transfer them to a new, sterile, QT tank or is it assumed that any water born urenoma were eradicated by the metro? I have everything needed so it's not a big deal, but no reason to do it unnecessarily either.
Thanks!

Copper + metro really does work well. All mine are still alive as well and doing great. I will re-check the poop this evening or tomorrow morning. I'm hoping it's all clear. I'll be examining multiple strings of poop. I like to suck it all up and then feed heavy and let them produce some fresh samples.
Fish are in therapeutic Copper. Water column treated with Metroplex along with food. 2 scoops.
Will update soon.

Glad to hear they are doing well.

So, the metro regimen is complete and all fish look healthy. Thanks to everyone who participated. Now on to 14 days of copper followed by a transfer to my 60gal observation tank. So, hopefully in 2.5-3 weeks they'll be in a much nicer temp home.
), but after watching the behavior and body structure I’m positive it’s not. They are much longer and act differently. It’s nothing that I’ve seen before and I’m pretty confident it’s not a threat. Although, I can’t say for sure. I’ll edit a quick video and get it up shortly. Need some input on possibilities? What could this be? I can’t run CP because the Anthias will die. They’ve had Copper. There’s been two transfers and 1 90 minutes bath in Acriflavine. Not really how I want to proceed next. It may be best to merely observe, but if there’s an issue that’s causing him to not eat, I need to handle it. He’s looking skinny.
