I am going to set up a 10 gallon tomorrow morning when I can run out and buy copper sulfate. Hopefully someone near me has it. I plan on taking 10 gallons out of display to get it going asap. Any tips?

I would raise the copper level to full therapeutic within 24 hrs. So, you'll need to buy a compatible test kit for whichever brand of copper you find: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/copper-test-kits.257924/

I also recommend a 5 min FW dip for each & every fish before they go into QT: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/freshwater-dip.248898/

You'll also need an ammonia alert badge (below) and freshly mixed SW on hand to do WCs as ammonia creeps up. The replacement water should be pretreated with copper so therapeutic levels never drop in the QT.
