DIY stand frame slightly uneven

So this is not the final product by any means. Just what it looks like so far when I realized the legs weren't the same.. I'm adding another layer of 1"x4" to each corner and putting cross braces. I ended up using my circular saw and redoing the side that was taller than the rest. They're now 36", 36", 36", 35 15/16". I don't think the 1/16" should be a big deal since the rest are level but I guess I will find out when I go to put the top on

1/16 is fine. When you put the top on just make sure everything is level. Best of luck.
