This is the basic design based on a Japanese Tori. The void areas will be removable panels (providing total access to sump) painted same color as the wall for visual effect.
All woods have been hand formed w/ a draw knife, hand sanded and buffed

Sorry everyone...
Crazy busy lately. Not part of stand but kind of...just hot excited and wanted to post it:xd:

Flynstone delivered my new sump the "Red-Fugium"last week and it is a beauty!!! Not to mention a BEAST...1/2" laminated and tinted (both red and smoke) glass, siliconed edge, and the most unique flow design I've ever seen!!!
All I can say is "I am truly amazed by his work and unique concept!"

When is the tank gettin wet?:D

Thanks Zack :)

Not sure...had some flooring issues that were repaired (due to a few too many tank floods...)
And a possible move. So if still same house another 1+ yr then going up, under a year will stay dry :jaw:

I have 99.9% of everything I need...except Aquariumplants.com electronic CO2 reg.
This is parts list:

AI Vega colors, Tunze everything Wavebox, top off and circulation pumps, Reef Octopus WB5000return, Vertex Rx6 duo CaRx, SWC160 (sounds crazy but outperformed my BK Mini180 on the same tank!)
I will have provisions for carbon/GFO/bio pellets (will have manifold w/ shutoffs for each) although none are planned to be in constant use.

Guess I should list flow pattern. No lack of air exchange here!
Running along the front from right to left then back right. Starting @ twin 7" filter socks...Through high nut. biological sponge a-photosynthetic area (small area between filter socks and skimmer box)...through skimmer box...overflowing into fug area...through bubble trap into return chamber.
Design is 100% flynnstone's. I requested a couple features and turned him loose

Im in the same boat bro. Might be moving but im dying to set up bigger tank. Considering you have everything to set your tank up it probably has to killing you knowing it could be up and runnng at any time!

Those color wood pieces are beautiful, and I love how your tank is a divider for your kitchen and, living room? We have a lot of houses in my area like that, never thought of doing something like that, though I'm a tad clumsy and would end up kicking the tank while looking for the coffee machine lol

You have no idea
I just hope the wife never grabs the MD catalog and start pricing

Thank you :)
Woods are another love, the entire stand down to wood choices have a specific theme. I'm glad you mentioned the woods specifically :)

That is flynnstone's home, his pics were better lol
